I chose the name Empower U because as a mother who went through childbirth and experienced what it felt like to take back my power after it was once lost and control the outcome of my birth, I was on a mission to help inspire other women find the belief, confidence, and inner strength within themselves to be able to do the same. I wanted them to fall in love with their birth story and be empowered!
