-When you choose me as your doula, I would provide multiple amazing packages to pick from. I offer not only pregnancy and postpartum care, but nutrition and health support as well. When coming into motherhood, feeling confident and able to decide what option is best for you and your baby is so empowering.

Prenatal & Birth Experience
-Will support the Client before, during, and after the birth of the Client's infant.
-Will attend the location the client will be giving birth at
-2 Prenatal visits before birth discussing the Client's preferences and priorities as well as any fears or concerns
-Prenatal education, nutritional guidance, and birth positions shared by the doula to present evidence-based information on the benefits and risks of common interventions and procedures used during childbirth and positions in labor to help ease discomfort and further progress
-Discuss and develop a birth plan together and keep continued communication throughout pregnancy, provide emotional and physical support during labor and birth
-Will take non professional photos during labor and after birth for client if they would like
-The doula will remain with the client 1-2 hours after birth and 1 postpartum visit to answer questions and provide support up to two weeks postpartum
-Other referrals as required or requested (such as local parent groups, Facebook or other social media groups, lactation consultants, parenting classes or resources

-Will support the Client before, during, and after the birth of the Client's infant.
-Will attend the location the client will be giving birth at
-3 Prenatal visits before birth discussing the Client's preferences and priorities as well as any fears or concerns
-Prenatal education, nutritional guidance, and birth positions shared by the doula to present evidence-based information on the benefits and risks of common interventions and procedures used during childbirth and positions in labor to help ease discomfort and further progress
-Discuss and develop a birth plan together and keep continued communication throughout pregnancy, provide emotional and physical support during labor and birth
-Will take non professional photos during labor and after birth for client if they would like

-As a postpartum doula the services provided can include but are not limited to:
Infant latch and breastfeeding support (such as providing education, practical advice and support, referrals as needed)
Baby bonding and infant sleep support (such as infant soothing techniques, providing information and resources,
Basic newborn care (such as diapering, bathing, feeding, soothing, swaddling, baby wearing techniques, providing information and resources)
Emotional and physical wellbeing support (such as recommended resources, providing time and space to rest, Providing a warm meal for the family and baby, monitoring for signs of postpartum depression and/or anxiety, referrals as needed)
Education on signs and symptoms of infection and what to monitor for post vaginal and/or cesarean delivery
Household management (such as light housekeeping, and light meal preparation), and sibling care
Other referrals as required or requested (such as local parent groups, Facebook or other social media groups, lactation consultants, parenting classes or resources
-Postpartum Education on Pelvic Floor, Diastasis Recti Recovery Plan, Nutritional guidance and Exercise to regain health after pregnancy

Ultimate Birth Experience
-Will support the Client before, during, and after the birth of the Client's infant.
-Will attend the location the client will be giving birth at
-4 Prenatal visits before birth discussing the Client's preferences and priorities as well as any fears or concerns
-Prenatal education, nutritional guidance, and birth positions shared by the doula to present evidence-based information on the benefits and risks of common interventions and procedures used during childbirth and positions in labor to help ease discomfort and further progress
-Discuss and develop a birth plan together and keep continued communication throughout pregnancy, provide emotional and physical support during labor and birth
-Will take non professional photos during labor and after birth for client if they would like
-The doula will remain with the Client for one to two hours after the birth. The doula will be available to answer questions about the birth and/or the baby.
-The doula will schedule the first postpartum meeting within a 24-48 hours to visit the Client and the baby, review the birth, and get feedback from the Client.
-The doula will provide 1 virtual & 3 in person prenatal visits and provide support up to 8 weeks postpartum with 3 in person visits.
-As a postpartum doula the services provided can include but are not limited to:

Postpartum Care Package
-Will meet with the Client (and the Client's partner if applicable) before labor to become acquainted with the Client and to build a relationship. Before birth services are centered around creating a plan for postpartum based on the Client's preferences and priorities. I can be available to watch siblings while the Client is in labor if this is arranged beforehand.
As a postpartum doula the services provided can include but are not limited to:

Baby bonding and infant sleep support (such as infant soothing techniques, providing information and resources,

Nutrition & Fitness Support During Pregnancy & Postpartum
-Having a healthy pregnancy is very important for a healthy baby and a healthy recovery postpartum.
-As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I will provide a nutritional plan and pregnancy specific workout program for clients who wish to add this service onto their package to ensure for a healthy and empowered pregnancy.
-I will also be providing a postpartum specific recovery program to heal and strengthen your body after birth to regain confidence and happiness for the future.
